What if I want to return my merchandise because it is flawed or defective?
We only sell first quality fabric and vinyl. In rare instances, there will be a flaw in first quality materials. If this is the case, please e-mail or call Customer Service immediately upon receipt of flawed or defective merchandise. We will ship replacement material at no charge to you. Please keep the defective merchandise in the package that it came in; we will issue a UPS pickup at our expense and will notify you of that pickup date.
